TRIANGLES AND POLYGONS (PART 2)

Triangles have three sides and can be classified by their sides as equilateral, isosceles, or scalene, and by their angles as acute, right, or obtuse. Polygons are closed shapes with straight sides, including quadrilaterals, pentagons, and hexagons. Regular polygons have equal sides and angles, while irregular polygons do not. The sum of a polygon’s interior angles is calculated using the formula (n-2) × 180°, where n is the number of sides.
